" Intel " plans to launch eight -core processors for desktops

Company is planning " Intel " Intel to launch the first eight -core processors , dedicated to desktop computers , and during the third quarter of next year .

And belong to those processors to the series "Haswell-E", and would replace processors "Ivy Bridge-E" in the market currently , to be sold at prices ranging up to one thousand U.S. dollars , as indicated by a report published by the newspaper "DIGITIMES" Taiwanese based on the well-informed sources .

Has been building processors in the series "Haswell-E" technology 22 nm , and support with optional Hyper-Threading "Hyper-Threading Technology" and enhance speed "Turbo Boost technology 2.0", also supports add memories and random access of a kind "DDR4" frequency of up to 2,133 MHz .

The sources expected to be detected through these processors exhibition "Computex 2014" to be held in the month of June.
